Refund policy

At Akhirah Grooming we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Unopened Products If you are not satisfied with your order you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging with the tamper evident seal unbroken.

Opened Products For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at akhirahgrooming@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Return Email us at akhirahgrooming@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
