2. Products All products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the natural ingredients used, slight variations in colour and scent may occur between batches. This does not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

5. Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers or customs.

7. Allergies and Skin Reactions Our products contain natural oils and essential oils. Always patch test before use. If you experience any irritation discontinue use immediately. We are not liable for any allergic reactions caused by failure to patch test.

8. Charity Donations A portion of every sale is donated to charity. The charity recipient and donation amount may change from time to time. Details of current charitable giving will be published on our website.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including logos, images and text is the property of Akhirah Grooming and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability Akhirah Grooming is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products beyond the value of the original purchase.
