Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery — 3-5 business days — £2.99

Express Delivery — 1-2 business days — £4.99

Shipping Carrier We ship exclusively with Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions. If the parcel is not collected or redelivered it may be returned to us. In this case we will contact you to arrange redelivery at an additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Parcels We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch please contact us at akhirahgrooming@gmail.com and we will investigate.

Packaging All orders are carefully packaged in a black bubble wrap envelope to ensure safe delivery.
